15 years of wasted time. This pilot group giving up on just a okay TA. Send it back and ask for more. Don’t be so shallow and think this is the best. It’s not! That’s the issue. We all deserve to be industry leading through and through. Why be standard in some areas?

Man I wish you were our lone negotiator staring down the management team and gotten us 450/hr. To think our own Harvey Spector "the closer" within our ranks and we didn't even know it! Well I'd say let's nominate you in 2 years to negotiate the next but you're headed to delta after 15 years of slave labor.

It’s not average, it’s industry leading. Maybe spend some more time reviewing the material from the Union, instead of just living in your own personal hate fest of “everything sucks”. I’ve read some of your other posts, you make a lot of assumptions. Have you even read the available material?
