He is leaving, like he knows who I am. He just runs his mouth and lies. He is in the “dirty 30,” he is angry, has nothing, a one percenter, but he is loud, I honestly just feel bad for him. It’s no kinda life!

Just remember he voted no, when this thing snaps up. AS has to pay the industry or we will go backwards, wherever the industry goes. Right now we are the top of that industry!

Unlike you I can let it go. Good luck to you guys. I can guarantee I’ve got more than you (“OTZ”), as I don’t need this job. Hence the switch. I’d rather not think of “what if” like you, and actually find out. No merger will happen here like you preach. Thanks for keeping me entertained on here. Always been a spectator for the years on this website and listened to your ignorance. It’s comical.

Reference page 6 of the executive summary, let it sink in. The true value of this contract is not on the pay scale. Pg. 6 shows the cumulative value of everything. For captains it’s a $150-200k yearly INCREASE in value by 2024. The NC promised to bring a contract that brought us in-line with our peers. They crushed it out of the park with an industry leading TA.

When the Big 3 get better deals next year in the midst of a recession, a lot of Alaska pilots are going to be left scratching their heads.

Cool. I hope they do. That's the beauty of the snap up.

And I'll still be stuck with 12 days off on reserve.

12 days off GUARANTEED to be commutable on 1 end with earliest show of 1400 on day 1. You literally cannot be forced into an earlier show on day 1. For some that’s at least an extra 4 nights in their own bed or half the day to do whatever. I know it doesn’t sound as sexy as 14/15. But I believe your TAFB will be less and your QOL higher with these rules. Section 25 appears to have all the bells and whistles, possibly BEST in 121 pax ops. Hoping the language solidifies this.
