if we come in 3rd pbp will be 6% if we come in 4th 3% management Pbp percentage payout then the average line worker that that’s why DM sent us the email of saving gas money because they’re nice big bonus check is tied to what we rank in operating margin. The biggest way to help our gas savings does not have them do a safety huddle for five minutes as we’re pulling into the gate in Seattle.

After two IT meltdowns during peak profits season I’m not hopeful for a big PBP check. Lots of the guys I’m working with are excited about single engine taxi but I think they’ll be surprised how little difference it will make compared to the operation grinding to a halt because of our IT department.

But from their perspective, as a TX airline, they'd probably rather minimize roots in a high tax (for employers) state like CA.
And they don't own SAN, it's very much in play between SW and AS. SW is slightly ahead in the race, and the new terminal is a huge deal for them.
Their new business model might give them an advantage but basically to me it looks like they're trying to become AS
In doing so they've alienated some of their loyal customers.
