Not much. Had I stuck around I would have pocketed around 3K. Certainly don't feel the least bad about giving that up.

How is reserve at Virgin? Are you able to commute in on the same day? Do they they give you a set of 4 days of reserve every week or does it change? Are you able to swap reserve days around? Thanks
