last class that started had 1 pilot bid JFK and didn't get it. I think my class took up the last JFK spots, I guess we shall see what happens after the permanent bid closes.
Passed the oral on Friday, sims start Tuesday.....excited to be almost done.

Admittedly patience is not a strong point for me, I wish it were. Any idea on how long after filling out the pilot questionnaire to expect a call if they choose to move forward?

It seems to be a mixed bag. I got my phone call a month after my PAQ for an interview 5 days later. Some guys got it the same week. I'd imagine after the WIA conference that they are gonna have their hands full in the HR department. So it could be a while.
We've already hired 96 pilots this year. We were told by management that they think realistically they need about 160 this year with at least 60 upgrades. The classes will run 2 per month till July. And start up again in September-October.

I just checked my email from the ground school instructor. Class 10 which starts Wednesday will bring the total up to 89. So my mistake. I was off by a few
