Word from the line is Upper Brass is meeting and wants to ramp up training. They also want to "revisit" compensation talks. To most, this points at the possibility of an aircraft order very soon, and also better pay rates to retain those of us on the fence to go somewhere else. The BOD seems to be hinting at starting a small growth pattern again, as they finally realize that to grow you need planes, for planes you need pilots, for pilots you need decent pay, and to post profits you need to grow route structure. One big happy circle of life aint it?
Hang in there poolies, shouldn't be too long before you hear something good.

They're not going to add one red mark to the books until IPO. I believe they're gonna try to fill up the swimming pool and start letting the pruned ones out after 1st qtr.

Interviewed May 2013, 3 of 9 hired with a 4th one still swimming in the hired pool.

No royalty in this blood. My guess as I stated earlier is they're gonna overfill the pool and start classes after 1st qtr.
