Shy, they went to giving each sim pair a car because it worked to be cheaper then giving everyone $40/day. MIA covers all expense because Airbus's training credit actually pays for it.

They don't technically do on-site interviews. It's more of a get to know you type of deal. It's always good to put a face to a name.

You don't until you get the questionnaire email. Usually, if the pull your app they'll grade your test. If the test passes you'll only know if they want to proceed further with the questionnaire. If you fail you'll get the TBNT email. Still, a face to match to an app should increase your chances of getting your app pulled.
