Is the assessment given followed by an interview date? Or are people getting called for an interview and given the assessment after the call but prior to the interview?

In the case of getting the assessment after an interview invite it is a tool to use as part of the interview. This is much different than a tool to decide to give an interview.

Any insight?
They will offer you an interview date and after you accept the date they will email you a link to the assignment. So I believe they will use it during the interview.

It seems like the classes have been cancelled for a couple of reasons. The additional 321 deliveries have apparently slowed due to engine issues, according to a guy who was recently in MIA. Also, heavy checks and deliveries are moving to Greensboro, which will affect MX and delivery capacity temporarily. Some 320s and 319s are being removed from service temporarily for heavy checks and paint. Additionally, there is apparently a greater need for 737 pilots to cover the planned summer schedule. Also, it seems as if we need to upgrade some more Airbus Captains before we need additional Airbus FOs. Rumor I heard was that hiring on the Airbus should resume in the mid summer. No idea how accurate any of this info is.

Except for the email “ thanks we will get in touch in the following weeks” nothing.... but I indicated airbus in my preference, so I may be out of luck now that they stopped training on airbus...
Will see

Folks have been called from the meet & greet in SEA last month.

As previously posted interviews scheduled for 14 Feb and 15 Feb.

Rumor is AS will interview March, April and May.
