Don't know the answer in particular. The groups have to make a joint contract where it will be ALPA.
Apply to either or both if the windows are open as it will be a single seniority last at some point in the future. Think as of now date of hire is where you will be placed and perhaps some fences for a while, but getting on the list matters

After deal finalized, before JCBA (where we are now) VX still did their own hiring in SFO but AS had a vote and modified some aspects (ex wear suit and tie to interview). AS CP's and HR people participated in the process.
After JCBA they moved all hiring to SEA.
I would expect one common portal for all hiring, even though they will retain a HAL customer portal for marketing purposes.

Unless they are in mgmt anyone on the AS side is just speculating how hiring works at HA.

last I heard, once single operating certificate is complete (fall?) all hiring will be done through Alaskas hiring portal. Any hiring done prior to that is status quo.

In house done with Interviews done by a Chief Pilot who has an Alaska seniority number. It’s not the Peter and Kyle show anymore.
