She did an internal recommendation (once) two windows ago. She never put in anything the last window or this window, but received the email from the company only on this window. It just seemed odd that she would get that now.

Interviews from the Sep window are being conducted yesterday / today. I would reckon this last window will start getting calls for next round of interviews soon ... But that is purely my personal guesstimate.
