I wonder if we could hire some of their negotiators to negotiate our next contract, as well as get some of their union members to train us pilots in how to get a backbone?

Our FAs are now the highest paid at every step. The pilots...not so much. But hey, at least the captains got that "2" they wanted so bad.

Thanks!
For SEA Your chances are fair if you are in the top 3rd to top 1/4 of the bidding list. Very good if you are higher than that. I have terrible luck with trading. Or changing my schedule. I'm the middle of the pack seniority wise . Plus they are always under staffed and will block out the whole month for trading unless it's a same zone same day trade. Bid what you can get and don't expect to change .

I'm against PBS , the company would use for their maximum benefit and not ours, you will be flying the day before your vacation and the day after.

I'd love to see some growth and new routes without having to shuffle the flying around. oops.... wrong airline.

I agree! With around 4000 mile range it'll be interesting to see what new destinations the company comes up with.

Sorta like Juno, not much gate space. And what there is, you need a BEEG check book.

So did this one. Apparently not enough voted no or we'd be in a better position right now. Maybe even with a little scope language as well.
