Yes, that's the current plan. However I'm told a lot is dependent on the future a/c market but most if not all of the 319's will be parked and those bases will get SFB's 320's. PIE will stay mixed, which by the way is larger than SFB now in all metrics, both crews and block hours when counted with SRQ. LAS is the companies largest base, SFB lost that position years ago. Not sure what to tell you other than check back on this post down the road, no need to make this personal. I don't make any of these fleet plans or decisions.

Maybe I will be wrong about SFB going all 737, but from what I was told from ppl very plugged I to the training dept and initial cadre, SFB and PIE are gonna be AB and 737.
You are right tho, I will make it personal every now and then, but mostly just with Margaritaville - except now he’s moved on to AA so we don’t see him much on these forums anymore.

depends on the base, staffing, luck, etc. it is probably correct to say most reserve pilots average under 500 here, some far, far below that, at least within awarded reserve days. Reserves are not forbidden from picking up on days off however, it can be difficult with the number of days a reserve pilot has off. Lately it seems the company has been choosing to vfn (overtime voluntary flying notification) open time flying in order to preserve at least one reserve on each duty in order to preserve the completion factor.

Not necessarily. Before the MD80 was phased out it covered the bus quite a bit. I’m sure if the ‘73 has an issue at an out station the AB reserves will be used to cover.

It is always hard to say what the future brings. Right now it is a small base of less than 15 crews. On the FO side, the #1 pilot is Sept 2016 hire, the Bottom one is Aug 23. The bottom half were hired this year. Like a lot of bases at the bottom can move around some. The upper half probably wants to be there. The most junior CA is Oct 2017. With a small base, it could be slow or no movement for a long time, and then they could add a couple of planes and the base changes dramatically almost overnight.
