How hard is to get such airplane as a new hire?
It is assgined to you or do you have a choice of selecting your plane during initial training?
Does PIT still have the Airbus? How hard is to get that domicile?
thanks

Considering the 737 isnt even on property yet, Id say your chances are good.

The last couple classes have been 75% airbus, 25% boeing and bid on with seniority, with the 737 going more senior than airbus. PIT vacancies have gone to both of the last 2 new hire classes but it's a small base so it's often hit or miss. PIT is all bus, we don't know which base will add 737 next but larger bases are more likely over PIT. The plan is for the airline to have both fleets indefinetly or at least for the next decade.

In the deal on the Max 7 the company has the option to convert to Max 8 if Boeing can not deliver those. If they can find used 320's that fix our needs at the right price they will buy more. I would say the focus will be getting the 737 online and maybe parking some older 320's so probably not adding 320's for awhile.

you have a 75% chance of being on the Beech 1900 but if you are lucky you can get the Airbus.
