Unless the company really needs to get this done soon for some reason, I would estimate mid 2025.

if someone is low time like CFI, allegiant or frontier gigs are good choices. Get that bus time and keep trying for the legacies. It’s not like they have a lot of options.

Right but other similar places even regionals got first year up to 100 bucks an hour in the most pilot friendly contract times ever. Just wondering how allegiant management managed to keep it that low. I guess not a whole lot of attrition there?

attrition is very low especially after the “retention bonus.” Lot of military folks tired of being deployed like the QOL allegiant has to offer. They do not want to be deployed any further to hotel rooms for two thirds of the year for another airline. Also not every one cares about first year pay. Retired military or ppl who are already financially stable with a wifey who makes 6 figures for example. Or folks who live close to one of the g4 bases. Our first year pay sucks but we are on the oldest contract out there just a matter of time the pay will catch up on par with the rest.
