I went to a meet and greet in a suit, and there were four other pilots there, all wearing suits. So I’m guessing that’s the norm

It says no appointment needed. I’m getting home from a trip on one of the days and would like to run home and change, and head over. If the event is from 8-5 can one come by at anytime or do you need to be there at the start? Is a resume ok to bring or do you need log books and letter sir rec etc? Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you
