So if they already filled both August and both Sept class and I assume at least the early October class, does that mean they will stop hiring for the year since that is over 100? I only ask as my interview is next week and hate to find out they are already filled up.

Supposedly classes of 17 in October. I can't imagine the goal would be to spin up new-hire training for only 3 months.

I don't work here, but I could see sustainable hiring being two monthly classes of 10 people with breaks in hiring that correlate to the busy travel season (a break around in Nov/Dec that lets trainees get on line by March and another hiring break aligned with summer to avoid running OE during the rush). Taking 10 aircraft per year, you only need 10 new hires per month plus a margin for attrition.

I don’t think they’ve filled the October class yet, last word from the company at least

They are still filling the 9/23 class as far as I know. However, they just said on the Town Hall (~15 mins ago) that there will be two October classes (or at least they have already scheduled six classes meaning two in October or one October, one November).

You will be good.

TBH, I don't think they will slow down unless the AC purchases they mentioned fall through.

"Now"? Like what they have been doing for 20 years you mean.

Study up chap. They haven’t devalued their currency before in response to tariffs. So your statement is wrong.

Bump on the question. Anyone know if there any Meet and greets coming up, hopefully in the LAS area?

The January class is full. The February class is pending. No more classes are scheduled for now, so there probably won't be any more interviews or meet and greets. Classes are said to resume in the fall, so expect hiring to ramp back up in late summer.

Does pending mean the invites already went out for that class?
Or spots in February classes are still available to those waiting to complete the in person interviews after completing the video interview in the past few weeks?

Asking for a friend.
