Sub-service starting next month. Resignations should really crank up next month and April when people who put in apps around new year get their class dates. Should be interesting when they need to pull dozens off the line for 737 training.

What are the odds on Allegiant continuing to operate for two more decades?
As I said. If I live long enough to retire that’s when I’ll know for sure.
but.. for the long game I’m picking a legacy horse over G4.

You never know what can happen. Right now I’m content making 1/4 plus mill a year, being home every night, making all of my kids events, taking vacation the 4 weeks that I want them etc. If Allegiant goes under, no regrets here, I will have spent the prime of my life being home every night which is rare in this industry. My wife and I will figure it out from there but we have enough saved/invested that I am not losing any sleep over it.

If someone decides to go after knowing all the facts the so be it. It works for some people. There are a few from my class still on property and they have good reasons to stay. I’m happy they found a good place to hang their hat.
