Well. That didn’t work out the way we planned. How many did we lose in the last month? 10 pilots? Looks like we are not as leveraged as we thought. Based on the last vacancy award the goal was 1129 pilots with the mid February new hire class. We are already at 1117. The attrition seems to be lower than they planned for.

Lots of comfy folks. Did you check out that poll on the fb page it was mostly all "I want to stay but my views may be changing" AKA "I'm not leaving". None of those people are gonna take the plunge it's all smoke and mirrors.

Might want to wait until the end of February to make that sweeping statement… sounds like a lot of legacy interviews in February

How many on the March list have already resigned or have put in their notice or have CJO’s. I think we lost more than 10….

It’s not based on conjecture. I’m comparing the list from last month with the one that they put out last night.

Dropping trips

How easy is it to drop trips with no pay at allegiant if the coverage is good? Or how easy is it to drop reserve days?

You can call in sick. That's about it.

Even if there is good coverage? Makes no sense since you’ll save the company money

1. There's never good coverage except maybe January and September when there's no flying. The company has to offer drop days in order to drop a trip. They don't even when they have ample reserve coverage.

2. If you want to work here learn fast that nothing makes sense and spite is the strongest force here. This management hates pilots like no other. Makes Mesa management look generous.
