In all fairness to our maintenance team, there is only so much they can do with the company provided Platinum Standard Tool Kit; a pen, a can of WD40 and some speed tape.

I am really starting to wonder. Everyone I talk to has an app out but not many calls coming in from anywhere, especially DAL. No one has even gotten a bite from DAL company wide? Seems suspicious. I don't get it, the way hiring is going we should be losing 10-15 a month. Maybe next year.

Does seem odd that we have had peeps leave for all the legacies except HAL and DAL, in the last two years. One of our captains out of pie, was one the first off the street new hires at AMR. HAL I can get, since you really have to want to live in HA. But, not even a nibble from DAL? Hmm…

DL has had a lot of flow through and preferential interviews to go through. That combined with the standard 50% military pilots hasn't left a whole lot of room for off the street hires. However, this won't last forever. I'm optimistic that most of us will get our chance at Delta.
