POGE, check your frequency. We’re hearing you broken and stupid.

Disco, It's true that a vocal minority speaks on these forums. That's usually the case anywhere, but what's different is the complete absence of counterpoints. There used to be healthy discussion from those that disagreed and felt the company was looking out for us. Notice how they've disappeared. There are few, even in management, that believe in this company anymore. Most employees working here claim no identification or 'allegiance' to Allegiant. Unlike 5 years ago (before the NWA invasion) when 95% were TOTALLY pro-company, it's now the opposite.

What these posters are saying is true. The fact they are limited in number is only due to the fact that everyone else has given up. For your sake, I hope they don't give up till this company is taught a lesson. As you said, I realized there were better places and applied elsewhere, but there will always be sliver of guilt for not staying in the fight. Thank God for those still fighting, if not for them, the illegal injustices (the court agrees) taking place would continue. like most of us, they grieve the loss of what could have been if not for thieves and blind greed. Hopefully those fighting the fight will prevail. For your sake, and pilots in general, I hope they do. Unless you are among those con artists looking to profit at the expense of our trade, you might try supporting this effort. I will forever support those in the struggle to stop the hoards of greedy idiots riding the efficiency wave in the race to the bottom. Left to their devices, they will destroy our profession, like every other.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Allegiant Team. We appreciate the time you have taken to present your interest and qualifications.

At this time we have elected to pursue other options with the FIRST OFFICER position. We invite you to continue to visit our website periodically and review new positions as they become available and to update your profile as needed.

Thank you for your continued interest in Allegiant!

Regards,

The Allegiant Corporate Recruitment Team

I got that too for about the 5th time. Oddly enough this was sent at midnight of the day I talked to them at the job fair in FLL. I don't suspect it is related.

The online application has some issues I was told. Keep applying as they will be hiring a lot of pilots.

Does anyone know if a new application window will be opening soon if there are TBNT letters going out?

Dawg is living proof this isn’t 2005. Plenty of lifeboat(s) and/or better. There will not be another opportunity like this. Mangement is shamelessly pocketing millions. Economy is up, oil is down and the job market is trending good to high. This will be a rare opportunity to wipe that “let them eat cake” smirk off their smug mugs. G4 management can shove that “we’re different” crap.

Guys important news you may have missed. We have another fun contest. "Stache of the week"!!! But hurry, you need to get your vote in for week 2 of this contest by the 20th or, grow your own! Then you can have your shot at a $50 gift card that won't work unless you use it within a week, but you will be taxed on it nonetheless. Anyway, great fun to be had.
