I wonder if AB upgrade times are about to take a nose-dive like the 80 did in the recent months? I've heard that the trend of swapping out 80s for AB at the smaller bases might continue, thereby consolidating the 80s at the major MX bases LAS & SFB. Lord knows PGD needs an airplane that can do a straight-in RNAV Approach... & NextGen won't show up on the 80s until the night before the FAA deadline!! Heard that there are 3 ETOPS 319s in the new acquisitions; wonder where they'll be going? Hawaii...Apple Vacarions?? Hmmm!

The 'bus will continue very senior especially the left seat. People know the value of an A320 Type & PIC time & will commute if needed to get it.

The 320 PIC is only valuable if you are willing to leave with it. If you leave then wouldn't the 320 become less senior? When the fleet is mostly Airbus it won't make any difference. The 80's will go away eventually.

10 on property, getting 8 in 2015, and 15 in 2018. Lots of rumors but nothing published about anything more than this yet.

Like all the rest. Management comes, management goes. Until its time to bail and pull that “Golden Parachute”. Wonder what his contract looks like? Hmm..
