As the court case turns, in our favor! Looks like their pathetic attempt to keep from following through with promises just got a punto-slap this week . G4 Pilots are now: 2; F&H remf’s 0. Momentum baby! Thought F&H lawyers were the shizzle? Shame, all that money just to keep from doing the right thing. With a record like that, I wouldn’t hire these pogue’s to take care of my parking tickets.

Its all-good Dawg we got em on the run, after all these years of dis-respect. It’s a small toehold, like taking out that first bunker on Omaha beach. What’s even better, the 9th circuit will be their appellate.
A rather labor friendly bunch, a recent ruling by the 9th : Court Rules That Those People Working for FedEx Are, in Fact, FedEx Employees,
In a ruling that one of the participating judges said "substantially unravels FedEx's business model," the court ruled that since FedEx maintained significant control over the drivers' work, they couldn't be misclassified as independent contractors, since they weren't, you know, independent.
This one will put a damper on that age-old threat of; will just outsource you guys out.

We got a union conference call tomorrow. It will be interesting if the union knows anything about why the F&H Pogue-attorneys are in such turmoil. Their loosing in court pretty bad. I heard their lead attorney that represents the company resigned recently? Is it because they can’t handle the truth? Their case sucks and ours, well doesn’t, IMO.

No one ever gave me an answer about the CPO in PIE. Can a non-employed joe access the area, or should I give it a rest? Can someone PM me? Thanks!
