We need to start a well planned round of informational picketing sometime this winter or early spring, to get the point across. So, that our position as a group can't be dismissed as just coming from the union. Some well-placed bulletin boards around the new headquarters would be a nice start. We are sure to be regulars in court, so when our potential and current judge’s presiding over our case, wont be the least bit surprised.

That will be the next round of propaganda from the company; Dues check off. That was one of the items the FA’s couldn’t get past, via their dis-unity. It will sound something like this: “We’re ready to offer a deal if your union would just agree to no dues check off.” Of course the ultimate objective being non-compliance of any agreement. No union dues check off, means no ability to fight our other than honorable leaders in court. Rendering any contract worthless. Compliance will be the next fight.

I think the next fight for most of us is getting hired elsewhere.

We've finally hit the point of no more excuses for staying.

Absolutely, it is time to move on. But, I would like to leave a nice union surprise for our current leadership to deal with. I don’t want allegiant management’s attempt to degrade pilot compensation and quality of life to follow me to my next airline.

Funny how that wasn't a factor when you were non-Union and doing the exact same thing to other pilot union contracts. Glad you've finally seen the light about the way a single pilot group can effect EVERY other pilot group.

Speaking of leaving, this is for those of you in the stone age like me without an electronic logbook. The grid at a legacy so that you can get your hours added up before starting the application.

Two sections;

First section is AC name/type followed by PIC/SIC/Instructor/Night/Last 12 months/Last 24 Months/Landings/Last Flown Date for every AC flown.

Second section is:

------------------- PIC-SIC-Instructor-Night-Last 12 mos- Last 24 mos-Landings

Fixed

Multi Eng

Jet

Single

Turboprop

Light Piston

Civilian

MGTOW <12.5K

MGTOW 12.5 - 40K

MGTOW > 40K

Good luck

If you aren't at Delta, then you are a part of the problem too right?
Only the top isn't bringing down the top. Don't get too righteous, you likely aint all that much a badass yourself.

Pack, we’ve hashed that one out many times already.

Don't forget the P.S. at the end of the letter...And a big heart felt thank you to the few pilots for the productive lunch & chat. I hope all of your issues have now been put to rest. :0
