If you're asking this because you're thinking of applying, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you're asking this because you've already been hired and will be starting soon, you are about to witness disorganization the likes of which you have never seen. You will constantly be asked to remain "flexible", a word you will learn to loathe.

See, 2 AAY pilots just simultaneously posted the same info. You can't make this stuff up.

And dude, this is the Internet, so you can’t take everything at face value. But, even if it’s only half true, can you imagine. I mean where there’s smoke, there must be fire.

This comes less than 72 hrs after he raided the coffers for a cool $25 million. If any of our pilots fall for this, they're too stupid to fly airplanes.
This after failing to show for negotiations as well. My question is whether he has lost his mind or is really trying to antagonize us. If the latter why? What benefit to them is it to further unify us against them?

Yup. 19 new hires. All Airbus and 757.

5 LAS 757
5 IWA AB
5 PIE AB
4 SFB AB

I've heard rumor of some massive vacancy bid coming. Like everything expected from now till next April. We'll see if that holds true.

I thought IWA was super senior. Now guys are getting it right out of training, on the French joystick?

I'm sorry if it seems like us employees are giving inaccurate info with respect to bases, but it's because WE don't know what's going on. This place is in a tailspin and communication from the leadership has ceased.

Also, while on that topic. How is training? 2 weeks squeezed into 6 or are you slammed for the whole time?
Previous classes have taken about 3 weeks...

Give me 200k to 3.6 million shares to cash in and then I'll talk soft costs. Until then, they can stuff it.

I would like to invite every allegiant pilot and those still looking to work here or anywhere in aviation for that matter, to visit the thread on APC listed, "Ford and Harrison - where are they?"

Its only 2 pages but enlightening.
