This was about 20 minutes after they said they would have to find a way to give all that excess cash back to shareholders. Yes, first contracts can take 4+ years. But....

1. This is technically not our first contract

2. The NMB will see the pace of negotiations and the company's refusal to agree on even the most basic items. If you extrapolated the progress, it will take another 10 years.

3. MG said he was advised by "his counsel" that it was too early in the process for a release. This was the same counsel that stated that the pilots had no case for the status quo lawsuit and then managed to get their butts handed to them in court.

Exactly, not our first contract. Hello, PWR? Which g4 management disregards in blatant violation of RLA law, i.e. status quo of all previous agreements henceforth. The nmb has witnessed what has taken place with the flight attendants, and our negotiations. It was a lot of wishful thinking. Check out the northwest pilot strike of 1998. More TA’d items and less total time in negotiation, before being released. But, he does cover himself with a few key disclaimer buzzwords; “to the best of my knowledge the nmb has never..”

That's because he's never bothered to learn about the negotiation process. He pays us no mind. Never has. He doesn't know how to talk to, motivate, or relate to labor and I don't think he cares to learn at this point. But learn he will....

I've heard they've invented these things called "computers" that do this stuff for you.

It isn't amusing anymore. Accountability needs to be addressed. This individual is both incompetent and arrogant in the face of repeated failure that we pilots must endure. Yet she faces no reprimand. Unacceptable.

I always say that if the pilots did their jobs with the same level of ineptitude as many of those at corporate, there would be a crash every day.
