Does anyone have attention data before vs. after the contract? I read an article from a few months back outlining a pilot survey stating 30-35% of pilots plan on spending their careers at AAY. I'm guessing that number has increased.

I think they mean the union paid for the last survey, and someone would need to pay to get the current data.

Ahh. Gotcha. Can anyone comment as to what they're hearing out in the line?

Im in the junior 1/3 of the list and in the last month or two I have moved up 1 number. The list is somewhat inaccurate because I know at least one person on there who quit a few months ago...

If you're asking about retention before and after, there has been virtually no resignations since the TA was ratified.

I'm sure they will pick up again when the big boys start hiring in larger numbers. The exodus to SWA has stopped.
