Ask the 12/2007 or 1/2008 hires how their 1 year upgrade went.

At least they kept their jobs when most people hired elsewhere at that time were furloughed.

Did anyone here attend the Allegiant meet and greet in CVG on Feb. 14th? If so has anyone been contacted?

I have an instructor interview coming up, I'm sure I'll get it but I want to know what they ask on the interview? I think I'll be the best instructor.

Default IWA hase hold time

Do any current Allegiant pilots know what the likely timeframe from new hire to hold the IWA base. From what I have read it seems like many are waiting for slots. Thanks.

From what I can see the most junior FO permanently assigned to IWA has a hire date of February of last year. There are some pilots there now who are less senior, but they are what we call "VBD" and float around the entire system from month to month and can be anywhere, east or west coast.

It's going to be quite a while. There's a bunch of FO's, on property, that are waiting. IWA has become the toughest base to get into.
