Hard to believe they wouldn't release seat locks through displacement when 25 of the 42 LAS based FO's are on seat lock through August of 2018.

I find that hard to believe since they've released everyone in the previous displacements. Could even lead to a past precedent violation grievance (disparate treatment).

Hey guys, how senior is Mesa as a base? What aircraft are based there? How's the flying? Out and backs all over the system?
Thanks!

One of the more senior bases in the system. It was up to over 18 months to get to the bottom of the list as a new hire. The most recent pilot to be awarded IWA will have been on property less than a year, but I think that will inch back up to over a year.

IWA is all A319. Just like the rest of the bases, the flying is mostly out and back 2 leg days with some 4 leg (either inside turns or double out and backs) day trips in the mix.

Mesa is very junior. All new hires can get in there no problem. Mesa is all 757 flying with 90% overnights. The day trips go very senior.

Rumor is IWA will be growing, and if that's the case it could become junior... LAS used to be senior but now it goes to newhires so you never know.
