Watch the entire video... he did ask for the FAs name first and then went back to his seat... then he got up out of his seat when he noticed the FA in the door and called him out... both the pax and FA were wrong When they bowed up... but guess who will be punished?

Can't pass judgement without knowing the whole story. BUT... there must be a backstory about why the woman was in tears.... could have been anything, she's traveling with two kids... high stress. The female FA's around her seemed to be compassionate enough and the Captain was letting them handle it..... until the slick bald guy came back on the aircraft.. Maybe a recent divorce, or death, or maybe she's prone to tears... whatever. But the slick bald guy appeared to be agitated beyond reason. If he was an FA then he's not doing his job very well (remember the JB FA who called it quits and opened the rear door and left the plane?) If slick bald was a gate agent, then he's simply in the wrong job.

I'm sure the airlines still have a higher popularity rating than Congress.

If he physically grabbed it in lieu of letting her decide (check it or get off) then he is in a world of trouble if she decides to press charges.
Not so fast there bubba.
That stroller shouldn't have been onboard in an overhead anyway.
That's odd-size and needs to go in the belly.
Maybe she'd been told to leave it in the jetway and didn't.
In any case: him saying I'll move it for ya doesn't constitute robbery by a looooooooooooong shot.
If that's the FA, boot them both, call an airport reserve.
If he's the gate agent the male pax can get a rebooking free of charge.
He's out.

Well, United is still more popular than the current POTUS.

The FA of course as it should be. The FA was the problem in this situation.

Story is another FA agreed to let her try and stow it on board due to the fact it folded in some way that would not take a lot of space when the FA in question (not knowing of what the first FA said) took it from her without her consent. That by definition, i.e., taking by force, is a robbery. You cannot go up to someone and simply rip something away from them and then try to hide behind the cloak of "it's not allowed".

This is starting to sound like another case of a manlet who wanted to be "in-charge".

I'm going to look at it from the other view and say the male pax saw a woman with a baby crying and did what ANY man SHOULD DO. Society has become a bunch of onlookers. This guy stood up, as I would have done. Mr blue shirt was out of line saying "go ahead bring it" or whatever.
