Not according to our FOM starting next week. That's the law we follow. AA JS doesn't effect most of us that much at the end of the day...we have a million ways to skin the cat to get to work. Oh and those other means often work a lot better operationally than anything on AA.

No I am not. Our priority codes are in the travel guide, and it says that I’m a D2 FDJ, not a D6 like YX is trying to decide that I am going to be. It also doesn’t offer a D6 as a code for an employee of AAG, so again, you’re JS Committe chairman is trying to enact things that don’t exist. I wish you all the best of luck.

Is that still true if it's painted in AA colors?
That's helpful.
Picture Gregory Hines from Running Scared, "Oooooh! I can feel the tension in the air!"
But, that's not because of the group in this discussion, that's the gate agents.
I've never even tried to JS on non-RAH AA.
(Although, when it comes to non-rev, they've been nothing but great to me as long as I listed on line.)

However, hAAte agents are merely a symptom of a bigger systemic problem that only seems to exist at one particular airline. One could argue it's a cultural problem top down. Pit every labor group against each other and let management sit back and watch it all burn with smiles on their face.

Sounds like both APA and AA management are on the same page here. We should know more soon. Reading between the lines, Republic seems to be playing with fire here.

Once again no one is denying you the flight deck jumpseat. You are welcome aboard YX as an OAL jumpseater since you are not a Republic employee. You may occupy the flight deck jumpseat as our FOM prohibits anyone that is not YX in the FA jumpseat. Your priority for the FDJS is now the same priority as we get on AA. You are the the equivalent of a D6UJ listing. Your priority will be the same as an OAL and Time Of Check In. It's the same exact deal we get on AA. Why are you so bitter over getting the same treatment?

There’s no way I’m going to go back and read this whole thread, but since there’s an AA WO Carrier that flies 175s that would LOVE a lot more MIA flying, I see a really easy solution to this whole kerfuffle.
That said, if APA just reclaimed all scope, that would be better.
