Mgmt will declare BK as soon as they see a path for them to make more money for themselves.

Employees are in a relatively "on par" basis with the rest of the industry so a BK would be more along the lines of rewriting terms of financial covenants but history shows there is a lot of cash turnover in the airline industry and too many profits to be made that would probably not slow AA down one bit overall as new creditors would be at the door.
