Sounds like another flow wantabe. Wanted to get hired at AA but couldn't get hired off the street and didn't have the flow available to him. Get over it.

How many pilots have flowed from the WO’s? How long is the expected wait for you to flow now?

I spent 3 years at the regionals before I moved to a legacy. How long will the “flows” spend at their regional carrier?

If I wanted to beat myself up about not being hired at mainline American, it would be not going the Military route. I’m thankful everyday I’m not holding a seniority number at American.

I’m thankful everyday I don’t have to live with your personality. Glad you’re over there.

Just being honest/real about the current state of AA, that wasn’t referring to any of the pilot group.

We had guys from two of our WOs who flowed in just under five years before the music stopped. Not such a bad deal for them, don't know how anyone can argue it is.

Does it register in your brain that everyone here is trashing you because you're being a garbage human being? Are you here trying to make yourself feel better because you are so unhappy? Seriously what drives this kind of behavior?

Can someone from Delta please come identify and remove your trash?

Good luck with that, you don’t think I’m going to “throw off the scent” of my true seniority number. People like you can’t handle the truth so your only clap back is to character assassinate.

I have a nice little quote for you to read, “Many dismiss their opponents arguments as 'simplistic'...it is a very effective debating tactic...it preempts the intellectual high ground without offering anything substantive..a way of dismissing opposing views without evidence or analysis".

That sound familiar buddy?

I don't believe this.

If it is true it in no way represents the norm unless you flew in the military or had thousands of hours of turbine time, including PIC, from a previous job. So for you to go around and tout it as something people should be expecting is just as disingenuous as you claim recruiters at WOs are while touting flow at 5 years.

I’m not touting 3 years from regionals to mainline. That’s not the norm. I’d like to remind you that the flow WAS 9 years I believe? BEFORE COVID so it’s fair to clown what’s clearly a move from management to finesse it’s pilot group.

Or, all the APA stapling the TWA guys.

Funny how perspective changes when the machine gun splashes are walking up to your lifeboat.
