Interviewing in a couple weeks, does anyone know when the first available ground school will be?

4 weeks later at the earliest unless someone drops out of an earlier class is my guess

Does anyone know if we are supposed to complete the pria record section of the pilot credentials website? I was offered an interview and wondering if it needs to be completed before.

Yes. Complete, make copies, notarize the NDR request and bring them with you.

The instructions will eventually direct you to upload scanned copies of all PRIA and background check docs. Don’t forget the notary for the NDR…

With all the hiring coming up, what's realistically considered a competitive resume? I imagine TPIC and BA? anything else? Are the flows being maximized? thanks

like others have said before. TPIC is no longer king.

TPIC will move your resume to the top of the list, but it is not required anymore.

Those getting hired without TPIC have very good other things on their applications.

Default "Success Factors" login

Hi - anyone know what to do with the "Success Factors" account after you create it? I received the interview invite and selected a date on Pilot Credentials. However, instructions don't seem very clear - I reset password and added basic personal information, but when you select careers/job applications it takes you back to the AA Pilot Credentials site. Am I overthinking this?
