I hear Judy Tarver at Pilot Counseling Services is highly recommended. I believe she was formerly on the hiring team or maybe HR at AA. I did Emerald Coast and thought it was great too.

You really can’t go wrong with any of them for this interview. Low stress all around. I used Spitfire and got the CJO.

I used to feel the same way, but man this hiring environment is changing a lot of the rules. A good buddy decided to jump from Part 91 to Delta. Nobody else, just Delta. Dragged his feet on getting his app in because he wanted to get his ducks in a row with his owner first. I kept telling him the sooner the better because who knows how long it'd take to get a response (if any) and he should also throw his stuff into everyone else that had a base where he lived (which is essentially everyone). Nope, just Delta. He finally applied, had the online assessment a couple days later, and an invite to an interview by the end of the week. Absolutely blew my mind. He's a great hire for Delta, but I feel like an old man because all the conventional wisdom seems to be wrong.
