i do like on the AIP even though it’s DOS+3 years basically, max withhold will be 9 months.

It’s actually 18 months if you don’t get your preferred aircraft in indoc. I couldn’t get the AB until my 6 month seat lock was up, and then from the award date it’s another 12 months. Unless you get lucky and they only withhold you for the minimum amount of time (6 months), which we’re not seeing on the NB side right now.

I can't imagine how painful it must be to be under 30 and at your 2nd career destination. The horror of flying the gasp 737 gasp for 2 whole years. My condolences. I will say a prayer for you tonight you poor soul.

So if I want DFW no matter what, what are my best options and expectations? I’m 35 so hopefully younger class group

Don’t expect to be one of the older guys. I’m 41 and 23 guys are older than me in class.
Also don’t expect DFW right away, but according to everyone it should be doable within 6-8 months.
