I had about 6500 TT with lots of TPIC and 0 121 time. Not great at sudoku either, but still did pretty well (I think) on the assessment. I got an interview shortly after submitting my app and got a CJO the same day. It doesn’t seem like 121 time is that big of a deal if you have other experience.

I'm currently at a (non-WO) regional, 4000 TT, 700 Turbine, 0 TPIC. If I'm still sitting here with no CJO in a year, what would be the best move? ULCC or stay for TPIC?

They’ve said they want PIC time because of the short upgrade time and the future need for captains.
