I dont remember seeing that. Are you sure it wasn't "future RO"? I am going off what AW said. He specifically said daily RO cannot be declined. Scheduling committee.

Non-mutual decline cannot be denied by company.....You just don't get paid.

I'm at a regional and targeting AA so I can live in base. But I am really worried about the schedules, and disappointed that the TA doesn't seem to address this. Right now I can easily get 17 days off, and have unrestricted trades and drop to zero (if there's coverage) if I want. Life is pretty good right now and the only reason I'm considering a legacy is because the future of the regionals is in doubt. I have a friend who gets 16 days off at DL even with a commute. Is it really true you can't trade or drop at all? Any chance this will change even without it written in the TA? I'm really starting to consider other options but I'm very limited by location (CLT). (I've only got about 12 years left until retirement btw so my concerns are different than the young 'uns. Time at home > compensation.)

The low end of the LCW is 77hrs this month for most bid status's in the NB. Next year that will become 79hrs. That will be the minimum so in reality even if the number 1 person you will be seeing a line in the low 80's. Over half the pilots in each bid status will be above 86 hours. 50% above 86%. With LCW's being just shy of 91hrs (90:55 to be exact), I looked at the PBS awards and a sizable chunk of pilots (@25%) were getting 88 plus hour lines. 30%. Next year that becomes 90hrs and above with minimal ability to trade down or drop coupled with anemic sick accrual means this TA is a NO for me.
I know you hate the fact that your Yes vote is now canceled out.

I didn’t argue anything about his perception of the shortcomings of the TA, only the false info as I always do. He says he gets 13 days off as a line holder. Read above man. Then finally he is forced to admit that he bids reserve because using PBS 3XP anyone can see that even the most Jr line holders get 15-16 off.
The question you should be asking is why is he compelled to make up stuff like that? There are real issues you could point to around here, why lie/embellish and make up stuff?
Why does armyguy say that Eagle has priority in our jumpseats? Why does ImSoSuss say our TA is concessionary in every section except pay? Why do you say that the new RO system is worse than the old one?
I just call BS when I read BS. To you that means I’m a company man, or management, or as I’ve also been accused of being on the NC.

It's not, it is really bad at AA. And you're right there was nothing negotiated that will sginificantly fix anything. What he is saying is don't stay at a Regional regardless how good you have it there for the time being.
