Where’d you get the staffing numbers for the additional 78’s?

$95,000 roughly if you just take the long call reserve guarantee (73 hours, less than short call so most conservative) and use the new rate ~$108/hr. You'd make a little more with per diem and everything, but this should be the floor.

New hire training pay is very good, and it just went up with this new contract. Expect to make quite a bit more during training (and during the break between Indoc and airplane training) than you will on reserve. New hires will get a little over 90 hours per month pay until they finish IOE. This is pretty good. In addition, you will get paid extra for the CBT's that you do on your iPad, and it is about 10 more hours on top of the 90.
Once you start reserve, minimum pay is 73 or 76. Depending on what aircraft and base, and how short we are at that time, you will likely fly more than 76 hours when on short call reserve. It is not uncommon for reserves to fly 80-84 hours per month. (The max that they can fly you is 85 hours in a month). You also get extra pay for flying the 321Neo/Max, and extra pay for working holidays and for any reassignment.
Also, with the new contract, you will get an annual pay raise on your date of hire (so 12 months after you start class instead of 14-15 months later). Year 2 pay is $178ish, so that is pretty good.

Depending on when you start class, it will likely be a bit more than this, but it is a good starting figure. It will likely be closer to $115k all included, but I would plan on $95k.

Also, reserves are released once they hit 85 hours, so you won't be used on all of your reserve days by default.

Agreed on everything except I want to add that breaking guarantee very much depends on base. Some will definitely break guarantee, others at different bases may only fly 10-20 hours a month.
