Really? I'd love to see those different standards. So if you're not white, you get what, an additional dot off the GS on an ILS before they'll let you bust CQ? If you're female you get a free runway incursion per year? If you check every single DEI box, they just exempt you from ever doing V1 cuts? Or how does it work exactly? Curious...
Had a CA, who was in the middle of making a derogatory comment about one of our female instructors, I told him he needed to S_T_F_U, it just got quiet.

I thought the subject was engine stabilization before advancing to takeoff thrust. That is a procedure for obvious reasons, not a technique.

Not a procedure/call out. They want you to say, " TOGA" and pause for a second before actually pressing TOGA to give the PM a chance to catch assymterical N1's, but nothing about saying stable.

Sent trough entire program twice, flunked IOE after many extra hours, astounded FAA on observation ride and not in a good way! now a CA!

You understand my post is tongue in cheek, right? There are no "second standards" for "DEI hires", as sailingfun claims. I'm just trying to illustrate the absurdity of that concept.
