Just look at the APA trip calendar. Is christmas day in green? If yes, it pays holiday pay. If not, it doesn't. *waits to read does super bowl sunday pay holiday pay from these same people*
To be fair, Super Bowl Sunday weekend is listed as a “holiday period” in the contract but not a holiday PAY day.

We really need to clean up the language and “examples.”

IMO any period the company can arbitrarily tag as ‘Limited Transaction Dates’ in TTS needs associated holiday pay.

That's my preferred solution. If they are so worried about coverage that I can't drop a trip that touches the date then it needs to pay extra. I suspect they would just figure out that those restrictions are unnecessary and the standard (already excessive) open time limits provide adequate protection.

So next Wednesday, when I can't drop a turn of all things, will be a holiday for pay? tallpilot for president.

The lockdown of TTS continues.

That's exactly what I mean! The 'limited transaction dates' is an absolute joke because the open time limits already make TTS comically deficient. That gets compounded by the 'unavailable during PBS construction.'

I would very strongly advise posting that turn though. I'd certainly pick it up but I'm already over VMAX.

100% agree.

Fortunately it's a productive turn I intend on doing, but it's just another example in the deficiencies you mentioned - a turn being red on a Wednesday (in a slow month, no less) is asinine.

If you really want to get rid of it, post it and someone will pick it up.

Logic is messed up, but I’ve often had those red day trips drop through a TTS batch run. If a batch run will drop it, no clue why it won’t be green with RT. But the crap is confusing. The heat map just adds to the frustration.

I'm not sure if my post wasn't clear.

It's not about dumping this trip (I don't want to).

It's that TTS is so locked down that a Wednesday turn in January is red.
