If you post it, I guarantee that turn will drop during a TTS run within 4 days of sign-in.

Absolutely. Red/Green does not matter. Always post your trips. Turns and 2-days WILL drop, period. Whether a 1-1 or a 3-3; doesn't matter. Post and set Drop. Someone will RT it after a batch or, NLT two days prior, itll fall off your schedule.

What's up with the Anti-ALPA DFW Vice Chair changing the constitution so that a non-voter on an ALPA merger is automatically counted in favor of APA?

How is that a democratic union?

Man, that is disGustin.

Hopefully he is voted out and replaced with someone who believes in a normal democratic vote.

If ALPA passes he also needs to be booted out of the new Union. I do not want a "brother" like that in my pilot group.

Honestly after hearing the details it makes sense to me. If 50%+1 is the number needed to leave ALPA should things go sideways, I don’t think the threshold to join it should be any lower.

Yes it’s a high bar, that’s the point (in both directions).

Yep. If people can’t be bothered to vote then it’s obviously not a compelling enough argument, in either direction. I think far less people are outraged by this than the internet would leave one to believe.

All that being said, the person in question does need to go IMO.

Should APA presidential elections be this way too? President for life. If membership cares enough, 50% + 1 will show up to elect someone new? Hmmm...

No. But even if it was, and the life-serving tyrant was bad enough, shouldn't be hard.

Better question is: Should leaving ALPA be?
