So let them and enjoy better seniority while getting paid exactly the same on the 737.
Is there any noticeable difference in the trips that either fleet “usually” flies on the 320 v the 73?

The Bus does most of the transcons. The 73 does the mountain airports in Latin America and the short runways in the Caribbean.

Additionally (PHX/LAX) - A32F is the only fleet that flies to/from HI.

Yes, but it can and does change often so not worth bidding aircraft based on that.

Your at 35% and you can’t hold a line!? What % do you have to be to hold a line in a jr base?

ORD 320 was/is a new status so some months were crazy high reserve numbers while they figured out the flying. It is not always like that.

In most circumstances 75-80% puts you on the cusp for a line as long as you give PBS free rein. A bad line. But a line. In some bases and statuses, the plug often gets a line (LAX 737 was one).

For a random example, in July the junior 320 FO LH is 80% and junior 320 CA LH is 84%.

Just FYI ORD 320 is going to be totally different to any new hire. I am not sure what the status on the withhelds are but if they are released I doubt we will see any it appear in any drops.
