Is the 319 rate correct on the pat scale chart? Sucks to get stuck on it since they're buying 130 of them!

The 319 rate was brought up to group 3 (to be included in 320 and 321) as part of this TA.

With Eagle guys being let in the door at AA pretty much as needed, they don't need to attract anybody from off the street.
