You missed the part about the Kirby having the same rates as the TA? The part you spent $7 million on pension investigation? The part where Bradford says we have lost $600 in compensation because of usapa? I'll put the video up of his deposition as soon as I get it, it will make you very proud.

Read day 2 transcripts ( day 2 was usapa's witnesses) where during cross it comes out symanski told the officers 10h killed e Nic while telling the west it was neutral.

After Holmes testimony I don't see how any west pilot can keep a straight face on this. He admits that he didn't like the language. That he tried to have it changed. That Hummel told him they were done. That he had the opportunity to tell his followers not to vote for the MOU, but that he told them to vote for it, and they did.

Really. I don't have to read Day 2. After all these years of you calling us scumbags, cheat and liars you want me to believe that you thought USAPA was going to forward the Nic as it's position going into a merger with the APA? The very fact that you filed a lawsuit,within days of the vote, claiming that USAPA failed it's DFR by NOT including the Nic, proves the BS.
