No the conversation arises due to people who demanded arbitration as the means to settle the dispute. That arbitration took place and a decision was rendered. Now those very people decided since they are the majority they dont have to honor that arbitration thus these dumb a$$ statements keep coming up. They have already once, the 9th said the case wasn't ripe but put conditions on modifying the Nic as did judge silver. Never mind the evidence we have that usapa was formed to get around the award, the jury trial we won and the fact the company backs the west position in every filing to date.
