Which filings? Have they answered your letters or DJ claims yet?

Now get this and let it sink all the way in, not until the final court in this land takes away that arbitration will we out here entertain ANYTHING other than that. If it takes 1 year if it takes 30 years we will not back off of the position that arbitration was the solution.

That binding arbitration occurred under the jurisdiction of the Air Line Pilots Association and the USAirways pilots - the majority, voted to leave ALPA, which we had every legal right to do. Good luck with your not backing off for thirty years. I am going to move on and do my job.

All filings in all the cases until now. Lets be clear, management is not the wests friend as evidenced by their position at crew news, but they can't deny the law. Siegal the companies lawyer in these matters time and again lays out that the Nic is status quo. Those filings can't be undone.

Judge Silver told you inherited everything negotiated under alpa, just as if usapa negotiated it. Get a clue.

Ahhh, not exactly... As I can recall, USAPA has chosen to open ALL sections of the cba that were previously negotiated under ALPA up to and including sec.22...According to your misplaced theory, USAPA would have to accept whatever ALPA negotiated..Go figure!!

Usapa is free to re negotiate every section. Now did the current sections ga away when usapa got elected? No they didn't, USapa can only change them with the agreement of management. So the Nic is the current list mandated by the TA, it exists in your Cba. Usapa can change it if it has a legitimate purpose for doing so. In the USA it is against the law for a union to change the minority's seniority to benefit the majority. Would changing the Nic. Benefit the east and harm the west? So simple a monkey could figure it out.

Oh, ok. If you say so it must be true!! Nothing more to talk about....Exept for a minor detail, the courts have stated that USAPA is free to negotiate..What does your leader tell you??

Hmmmmmm where do I go with that?? Well I guess in your world all one need do is change the name and that frees them of obligations. I wonder why corporations being sued have never ever thought to use this very basic and primitive idea of just change your name and be free??? Oh well maybe that has something to do with You cannot choose or change a name with fraudulent intent -- meaning you intend to do something illegal. For example, you cannot legally change your name to avoid paying debts, keep from getting sued or get away with a crime!!!!!!

Time for you wake up and accept responsibility for your actions then and only then can we all move on and just do our jobs...

Btw the only reason usapa has ever claimed for changing the Nic is "self" hostage taking. Usapa won't sign a contract unless the Nic goes away, well the one and only reason just went bye bye with the mou.
