Yup. Praying we don't lose the current system. The company is going to see a lot of missed commutes if it becomes the AA system.

I keep hearing that a lot of the senior guys at APA don't like the US Jumpseat reservation system. Obviously the US system would benefit most everyone, take the stress out of commuting, and reduce the number of stuck commutes. I'd imagine that most AA pilots would agree. Do you know if AA pilots are voicing these concerns to the leadership at APA?

I've got a question, I see lots of people at APA want our j/s system but then I keep hearing a few senior apa guys don't want it. Well if We've got usapa and a large of the apa guys that want our system why can't we tell these senior people to deal with it? Why are we letting a few senior guys dictate this and what is the procedure on who gets to decide this? Does it go to a vote or is it decided in committee?

Your 100 hrs is after OE, but you can ask your CP to buy you trips to get hours/landings in. Four months is a long time, even if you're a frequent weekend warrior....

Guy I know got a class date. Here are the data points, just to inform timeline expectations. All pretty standard, except the "hired" to "start" interval seems tighter than expected.

App submitted the day they opened up last fall
3/24 - invitation to video interview
3/26 - completed video interview
3/27 - additional info request
4/14 - invited to F2F interview
5/14-15 - F2F interview
5/27 - "You’re hired" call from Capt Hale
5/27 - completed medical
5/30 - call from recruiting w/ 6/17 class start date

so what TT and PIC turbine, etc seems to be the "gets hired" profile

are they breaking b**ls in the interview or more peaceful. I want to say the old school AA interview (and medical) was pretty hard. Of course I could be wrong.

You don't need PIC...the interview is laid back and chill. Just like you're shoot'n the sh!t in the cockpit.

Anybody know if we can A Pass travel list to/from training on American Eagle flights operated by Skywest, XJT, ect. Or is it limited to Envoy? If so how?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the data points. Once invited for vid interview, 2 months to hire doesn't seem so bad.
