No one said that an F-15 pilot is better. And he apparently flew A-10's. But you seem to believe because you have more TT and AB PIC time that you're a better pilot he is. That's an interesting observation. Maybe the testing discovered your feelings of superiority and didn't like it? It's a tricky area and companies might avoid hiring individuals who score too highly in any of numerous specific areas.
