Several thousand newer pilots could be on-board then. Parker and Glass will know our weaknesses then too and will play the demographics once they stop kicking the can. Eventually, they present an LBFO with an ultimatum that has threatening possibilities for the junior minority and they'll not risk it.

It will be easy for them to screw us in 5-10 years, even easier then now.

Was that some sort of joke? I am serious with that question.

What's taking so long to get this vote out? I got some loans to pay off and a vacation to finance.

The downside for Delta is that management may want to roll back our work rules to yours, like axing min day pay. Compensation is a lot more than just pay rates. Of course, our CEO also just sent out a memo in which one of his goals this year is to finalize the new PWA before the actual amenable date of 12/31/15. It seems that he has a hard on for one upping Parker, and wouldn't put it past him to play nice ball, just to take the wind out of AA's sails about how well they treat their employees. Look what he did with the FA's pay, and saying Parker is wrong about PS.

Heck, I may even sit in on divorce court, just so I can include knowledge of just how arbitrations go as one of my many rationalizations.

It won't likely matter though. What are we going to tell Parker and Glass then ?

That we are really, really serious this time ?

Actually, that may be a good strategy. There might be a chance both of them will suffer fatal heart attacks laughing themselves to the floor or perhaps hit their heads on the way down ?
Give it a rest, drama queen. You're making Kirby in his purple tutu look good.

So does probably everybody else. Still a mf-ing NO for me.

This company joke reminds me of a t-shirt I saw:

come to the dark side, we got cookies!

This is quite possible however whether we vote no or yes we still won't have the min day. It will either be higher pay without min day or the same low pay without min day. From a negotiating standpoint for delta I think the higher pay version is better. Delta already has combined the Dom/intl and I think have implemented HBT so I'm not sure what Delta would gain by us voting no.
