Can you imagine the antics that are about to come out of this "hand picked" committee? These guys will make the east nicolau committee look like brain surgeons. I really do hope they show up this time, heck by the time they are done R57 might be junior to third listers.

I think Silver with tie their hands too as the 9th was clear on what the injunction was designed to do...stop the illegal 2 front war being paid for by the West to the benefit of THE EAST. The day Silver issues that is the last day anyone sees an east pilot in the SLI process. Sure. They'll sue, but the BOA handed them enough rope to hang themselves with. Any future MB related lawsuits propagated from the East will be DOA.

The CLT Chairman has been quoted in e-mails to fellow 3Ls, who bring what they believe are legitimate problems to him, as saying, "Stoping being so entitled. You're just a junior pilot." (I'm paraphrasing, but it was something to that effect). The CLT Chair clearly does not like 3L pilots. The CLT Vice merely puppets what the CLT Chair says and does and the PHL Chair just ignores concerns that don't push his agenda.
Yes, all LUS-East pilots are equal. Some are just more equal than others. I will agree with you, though, I don't want those 4 to have anything to do with the committee. However, I'm almost willing to bet money that they have their chosen ones hand-picked to go on that committee.

That doesn't mean that I'm saying you don't have legitimate gripes. You do. I do. But I don't equate them with being thrown under the bus. What the west committee is doing with certain groups and certain people's seniority numbers I see as throwing them in front of the bus.
But just that you feel that you are being thrown under the bus is a big problem.
Go get the emails, remove the names and addresses and post them. I'll take the reps to task over them. Or PM me if prefer.
In the meantime, is there anything I can do to help?

I want an east committee because even if we start with the Nic, there are tons of variables to the construction of the list. There will be tons of arguments. For example, the west proposal has changed the DOH of some of the east 3rd listers. Who would advocate for them?
I can't believe you guys wouldn't want an east committee. Not having one opens the door to more litigation and delays, as MB calls for covered employees to be represented.
